Features
Quotes, invoices and site work, in one piece of software
Batizzy follows a job from the first appointment to payment: visit, quote, acceptance, signed worksheet, invoice, Peppol. It is built for a Belgian building firm, with its VAT rates, its obligations and its work on site. Homeowners use it to compare the quotes they receive.
A job, from appointment to payment
Each step picks up what the previous one produced: the visit feeds the quote, the quote feeds the worksheet and the invoice.

The site connected to the office
Technicians fill in the worksheet on their phone, the office sees the result, and everyone only reaches what you open to them.
Site visits and worksheets
The office prepares, the technician fills it in on site, the client signs on the same screen.
Team and access rights
Office, technicians, subcontractors: each sees their jobs, not your margins.
Subcontracting
Price requests from your quote, offers side by side, withholdings worked out at payment.
Resell, show, help each other
The marketplace for site surplus, the feed to show a job or ask a question.
What your clients see
The comparison, messaging and disputes: what a homeowner uses for free to choose a contractor and follow the works.

Can I bring my data over from other software?
Your catalogue, yes: stock, works and labour are imported from a CSV file, with a template provided.
Which languages?
