One conversation per job, between client and pro
Every exchange between a client and a pro lives in the job's conversation: questions, photos, plans as PDF, decisions. Messages cannot be edited or deleted, which avoids the "I never said that" when the invoice comes.
What you do with it
Photos and documents
Up to 25 MB per attachment. Photos are compressed on the phone before sending.
Contact details stay masked
A Belgian phone number, an email address, a Belgian IBAN or a link to another site typed in a message is masked when it is sent.
Notifications in moderation
Bell and push notification when a message arrives; an email only if it stays unread, grouped by conversation. You set each channel.
Report a message
Every message can be reported to the Batizzy team.
Marketplace offers
An offer on a listing opens a conversation with the seller, and the offer shows in it.
