Your works, stock and labour rates sit in the catalogue, and a quote is built from them or from a template. Sections, options, variants and deposits are covered. Before you send, Batizzy flags the usual omissions, like waste removal or scaffolding.

You see when they open your quote. They can ask about a specific line instead of going quiet, and if they still have not replied after seven days, Batizzy reminds you. If they pick another pro, your quote switches to "refused", so you stop chasing a job that has gone elsewhere.
"6 or 21%? And what about reverse charge?"
The VAT assistant asks the questions that decide it: a home over ten years old, private use, final consumer, VAT-registered client. It suggests the rate and the wording to print, and keeps your answers with the quote. An invoice missing a mandatory mention does not go out.
"Peppol since January: how do we handle it?"
Since 1 January 2026, an invoice between VAT-registered Belgian businesses has to be electronic and structured, and Peppol is the default network. Batizzy produces the UBL file for every B2B invoice. Connect a Peppyrus account, a free access point, and you send and receive without leaving Batizzy.

Reminders go out on their own, 7, 14 and 30 days after the due date, within the rules of the Belgian Code of Economic Law: the first reminder is free, and no penalty is announced to a private client before the legal period. Every invoice carries a payment QR code, and importing your CODA statements matches payments to invoices.

The office prepares the worksheet, the technician fills it in on their phone (hours, materials, photos), and the client signs on site or remotely. Once signed, the worksheet is locked, with the time of every step.

A public page in your name
Your specialties and your company address decide which trade and city pages it appears on. Clients read your reviews, your certifications and the CBE badge there, and can request a visit slot if you open online booking.

What does it cost, in practice?
The free account stays free, with unlimited quotes and invoices for one account. The Pro plan costs €29 excl. VAT per month for 3 accounts, or €24 per month billed yearly; Pro+ costs €59 excl. VAT per month for 10 accounts, or €49 billed yearly. During the beta, every feature is open with the free account.
Do I pay to receive or answer requests?
No. Every open request is visible to registered pros, and answering costs nothing, whatever your plan. There are no credits to buy and no leads sold on.
How do I get Pro+ for life?
It goes to the first 250 pros validated by our team, meaning their company number is verified. We grant it by hand, with no card required, and your settings show whether your account is one of them.
What happens at the end of the beta?
The Pro and Pro+ plans will become paid at the prices on the pricing page, and the free account will remain. We will give notice before anything changes.
I work alone. Is Batizzy for me?
Yes. The free account is designed for one person, with unlimited quotes and invoices. Plans with several accounts help the day an office or workers join you.
Where is my data stored?
In the European Union, with servers in Dublin. You can download your data from your settings at any time.
