Quote and invoice software for Belgian building firms

You build the quote from your works, your stock and your labour. The client accepts from a link, in their own account or by signing on your screen. The quote then becomes a deposit invoice, a progress invoice or a final invoice, with a payment QR code and reminders to follow.

01In practice

What you do with it

  • The quote starts from your catalogue

Works with their components, stock items, labour hours. Sections, options and variants: the client ticks what they want before accepting.

  • Belgian VAT without mental arithmetic

6% or 21% per line, reverse charge for a VAT-registered client. An assistant asks a few questions, suggests the rate and the mention, and keeps your answers.

  • An acceptance that leaves a record

The client accepts from a link, in their Batizzy account or by signing on your screen. Batizzy keeps the server time, the fingerprint of the accepted quote and, when terms are attached, the version the client ticked.

  • From quote to invoice

A deposit invoice for each step of the payment schedule, progress invoices as work advances, a final invoice that deducts the deposits, credit notes. The retention is tracked until it is released.

  • Payment, then reminders

Structured reference and payment QR code on every invoice. Unpaid invoices get reminders; for a consumer client, the first reminder is free and the next one waits 14 days, as the Belgian Code of Economic Law requires.

  • Bank transfers matched

Import your bank's CODA file: Batizzy matches the transfers to the invoices using the structured reference.

  • Peppol and your accountant

Every B2B invoice has its UBL file and goes out over Peppol once your Peppyrus account is connected. The accounting export gathers sales, payments and purchases.

What it looks like

Example: a roofing quote accepted online, then the invoice that follows from it, with its payment QR code and its Peppol UBL file.
03Questions

Frequently asked questions

Is the number of quotes limited on the free account?

No. The free account has no cap on documents. After the beta, the paid plans will add accounts, Peppol sending from Batizzy and automations; they take nothing away from the free account.

Can I bring over the catalogue from my old software?

Yes, with a CSV file: stock, works and labour. Batizzy recognises most column headers in French, Dutch and English, and gives you a template to fill in.

Do my quotes go out in the client's language?

Yes. The quote, its link, the email and the PDF go out in the language chosen for the quote or the client: French, Dutch, English or German. Your own line descriptions are not translated.
