Site visits and worksheets signed on site

Before the quote, the visit keeps your notes and annotated photos. After acceptance, the worksheet tells the technician what to do and with which materials. On site, they tick, count and take photos, then the client signs on the same screen. Once signed, the worksheet can no longer be changed.

01In practice

What you do with it

  • The visit before the quote

Notes, annotated photos, linked appointment. From the visit, you start the quote, or a worksheet that picks up its notes and photos.

  • Prepared in the office

Tasks, planned materials, typed in or taken from the quote, chosen technicians. When the worksheet is ready, they get a notification.

  • Filled in on site

The technician ticks the tasks, confirms each quantity or notes the difference, adds extra materials used, photos and notes. Times come from the server, not from the phone.

  • Two signatures, then it locks

The technician signs, then the client, with their satisfaction and any reservations. The worksheet gets a SHA-256 fingerprint, and an integrity check tells you if anything has changed since.

  • Remote signature

Client not there? Send them a link: they read the worksheet and sign it on their phone. The link stays valid for 30 days.

  • One single document

The printed worksheet and the page the client signs share the same layout: photos, planned and used materials, reservations, signatures and times.

02Example

What it looks like

Example: a worksheet with three tasks ticked, planned and confirmed materials (two more fittings than planned), six photos, the technician's and the client's signatures, then the mention "signed and locked".
03Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do technicians need an app?

No. Batizzy opens in the phone's browser, and it can be added to the home screen like an app.

Can a signed worksheet be corrected?

No. After the second signature, the worksheet, its photos and its notes no longer change. To correct something before the client signs, the technician goes back to the job; their own signature is then cleared.

Does the technician see my purchase prices?

Not with the Technician role: they see tasks, materials and quantities, without purchase prices or margins. You choose the role and the modules of each member.
