Your team in Batizzy, with rights per module
You invite your staff by email, and they accept from their own account. For each person, you choose a role and the open modules: worksheets, site visits, quotes to view or to write. The jobs you assign them are always included.
What you do with it
An invitation accepted, not imposed
The member gets the invitation by email and in "My invitations". Until they accept, they have access to nothing.
A starting role
Manager, site manager, team lead, technician, accounting, office, sales: the role decides what the person sees, purchase prices and margins included.
Modules ticked one by one
Worksheets, site visits, quotes to view or to write. Unticking a module also closes what depends on it: without the Quotes module, no client book and no figures.
Assign to a job
The assigned member follows the job and its documents, read-only. They are notified when you assign them and when you remove them.
Subcontractors in the team
An invited subcontractor keeps field access only: never quotes, finances, clients or stock.
The job's internal notes
A thread of notes between you and the assigned members, with "@" mentions and to-do boxes. The client never sees it.
"Why isn't he getting anything?"
On a member's card, Batizzy tells you what is blocking: pending invitation, notifications turned off, no device registered.
What it looks like
Frequently asked questions
Can a member invoice or manage the agenda?
Not yet. Invoices, agenda, stock and the client book stay on the owner's account. A member with the Quotes module set to write prepares and sends quotes on behalf of the company.
How many people can join my team?
During the beta, everything is open with the free account. After the beta: 1 account on Free, 3 on Pro, 10 on Pro+. Need more? Write to us.
What does a technician see?
The jobs assigned to them, their worksheets and, depending on the modules you open, their site visits and quotes in read-only mode. Not purchase prices or margins: their role does not show them.
