Where we stand
The site and the application aim for level AA of WCAG 2.1 (web content accessibility guidelines). No independent body has audited Batizzy yet: we consider the service partially compliant.
What is in place
- Two themes, light and dark, with text contrasts worked on the main screens
- Touch targets of at least 44 pixels on the buttons and fields of the mobile application
- Keyboard navigation with visible focus on forms and menus
- A label attached to every form field, error messages announced to screen readers
- Texts in French, Dutch, English and German, without unnecessary jargon
- Skip link to the main content on public pages
What still needs work
- Generated PDF documents (quotes, invoices) are not yet tagged for screen readers
- Some icons are emojis, whose spoken reading can be approximate
- Image and site photo previews do not always have a complete alternative text
- No external audit has been carried out yet

This statement follows the spirit of Directive (EU) 2019/882 on accessibility requirements for products and services. It was written on 14 September 2026 and will be updated with each notable change.
