Stock management for tradespeople and building firms

You enter an item once, with its purchase price, sale price and unit. It then goes into your quotes and works, its incoming and outgoing movements stay on record, and whatever is left after a job can go back out on the marketplace.

01In practice

What you do with it

  • Purchase price, sale price, margin

Unit, quantity and minimum threshold for every item. The sale price is worked out from the cost and your margin, or entered as is.

  • An alert when stock runs low

The item is flagged as soon as its quantity reaches the threshold you set.

  • Incoming and outgoing movements on record

Every movement is logged: the item's history tells you when and how many.

  • In your quotes and works

An item can be added to a quote or used in a works item. Prices on a draft quote can be refreshed from the catalogue.

  • Surplus back on sale

An item can be listed on the marketplace with a discount, photos, delivery or pick-up. The buyer orders or makes an offer.

  • Your catalogue imported from CSV

Stock, works and labour come in from a spreadsheet. Columns are recognised in French, Dutch and English, and a template is provided.
