Data collected Account data, professional data, published content, messages, transaction data, technical data. 3. Purposes and legal bases Service provision and contract performance; legal obligations; legitimate interest; consent (non-essential cookies, marketing). 4. Retention periods Data is kept as long as necessary for the purposes, then archived or deleted. 5. Processors and hosting Data is hosted within the EU (Vercel, Supabase). Every processor is bound by a GDPR-compliant contract. 6. Data subject rights You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Requests to contact@batizzy.be. You may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority. 7. Security Reasonable technical and organisational measures protect the data.
