Purpose These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Batizzy platform: connecting construction professionals with clients, materials marketplace, messaging, calendar, professional social network and management tools. 2. Account and status Registration requires accurate information. Each user selects a status (Individual or Professional) that determines the applicable features and clauses. 3. Expected behaviour Prohibited: unlawful, misleading or infringing content; harassment; impersonation; circumventing the platform. 4. Social network and moderation Published content may be reported. Batizzy may hide or remove content and suspend accounts, while respecting a fair procedure and the right of appeal. 5. Two-way ratings The review system works in both directions (client ↔ professional) and must be honest. 6. Intellectual property Users retain rights to their content and grant Batizzy a limited licence to host and display it. 7. Suspension and termination Users may close their account at any time. Batizzy may suspend an account for breaches, with notice. 8. Liability and governing law Batizzy is an intermediary and does not guarantee the performance of services between users. Belgian law applies.
